Audiences
We speak to lots of people, that's our job and we're very good at it. Our work means we connect to all different types of people in different modes, moods and media. We think carefully about how we approach this to maximise the response we get from them.
Our hands-on experience includes just about everything from drawing pictures with 7-year olds to taking tea with the over 70s in their own homes. Our researchers are experienced across all generations and cultures, with specialists in children and youth research, as well as mature markets.
We do 'suited and booted' or 'smart casual' with an increasing amount of b2b and employee research. Many of the considerations are practical, influencing how best to reach specific audiences and how to make the most of the research process. We can also bring the knowledge and experience of all of these groups to any of our studies.
