The researcher's researcher, Jo's approach is about rigorous, tenacious and yet pragmatic solution seeking, relishing both the intellectual and commercial challenges of everyday life on the agency side - with a smile! An MRS conference speaker and trainer she oversees recruitment and training in the quant team ensuring we always get and keep the very best execs. Jo started out in research at Sample Surveys, now part of Synovate, and also had a valuable clientside spell as Womenswear Research Manager with the Arcadia Group.

Going even further back, a degree in Experimental Psychology from Oxford Uni initially led her into a more righteous path as a trainee Prison Governor with HM Prison Service - something her colleagues in quant are well aware of to this day.
