Our specialist qualitative team is 22 strong and growing. It is a group of motivated individuals who share a passion for research and people. The team share the desire to make a difference to our clients' needs and to understand each client's commercial pressures and imperatives.

We understand the theory, are experienced in the practice and genuinely use the right approach to ensure you always have a competitive edge.

The team work very closely as a qualitative unit, and with our quantitative colleagues. Our focus is to offer genuinely tailored research which challenges assumptions and delivers truly valuable and practical recommendations. Qualitative has been at the heart of our business since our inception 18 years ago and represents 50% of our business.
