We invest in people and we invest in the technology that makes the most of their research skills. CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing) is a key feature of our service. We now have 65 stations and a growing team of 100+ interviewers with expertise in our specific markets and audiences.
Benefits include sample management, speed, accuracy, flexibility and quality while multi-channel software enables us to integrate our CATI work with other survey channels including online and face-to-face. Because calls are recorded for quality control we can also use real clips to support our presentations.
